What's so great about water...?

Ok, in agriculture the 4 main keys to survival are air, water, shelter, and food. Now lets pretend we got rid of water out of the picture and say we could live without it, without water trees would not grow nor exist meaning there no houses and shelter would would be narrowed down to living like cavemen! Without water plants and edible organics would be as real as the Tooth-fairy, and without plants herbivores would go on a permanent diet, therefore starving carnivores making a chain of disaster. What about air? Well certain natural event happen due to water movement in the sea affecting wind to create climate changes. As grim as it may sound without water Earth would be a floating empty planet in space. Tell me about it, I just had a pool installed yesterday.

Fact: Earth is covered by 71% water! I can see my house from here!
