Teaching Agricultural Education Students with Special Needs:
A Regional Study

Information and Consent Form

Teaching agricultural education students with special needs is a research study conducted by John Kessell under the direction of Dr. David Lawver at Texas Tech University. The purpose of this study is to assess the confidence and knowledge of agricultural education student teachers in the area of educational law and teaching special needs students.

This study consists of completing an online survey that should take about 30 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous and will be recorded in a secure database. Participant’s names will not be used in any publications resulting from this research. There will be 325 participants in this study.

Participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. There are no foreseeable risks, benefits or discomforts to participants or others.
